Aftersales support

We understand that your priority is the efficient running of your plant and so our customer service team and global network of service providers will provide back up and 24/7 support.

Full onsite training for your on-site technical staff will be provided and Heliex will remotely monitor your system 24 hours a day, offering you the option to do the same via computer, phone and tablet.

Quarterly maintenance checks are recommended to ensure that your Heliex System continues to run effectively, and Heliex offers a full range of service packages.

Maintenance
Heliex provides a number of maintenance activities, both directly and through a team of approved distributors.

Each maintenance activity can be purchased individually or can be bundled to provide full maintenance cover for a fixed annual fee.

The activities include:-

• Planned Preventive Maintenance
• Expander Extended Cover
• Reactive Maintenance
• Remote Support

Predictive Maintenance
Using remote diagnostic tools, Heliex technicians will  monitor the performance of your Heliex System allowing the speedy diagnosis of potential issues and scheduling of maintenance work.
